- I agree completely! We could very well use a good SQL based relational DB
- engine. It would be great if this could be integrated into the OS. The OS
- itself could also benefit from such an engine. Make it network compatible
- (client-server or distributed) and it would be even better.

- At least we could use some kind of standardized API for these database
- engines (XPR-like perhaps, so the actual implementation can be varied
- according to the user's system configuration and preferences).
